The last day for online registration (pending space) is September 29, 2017.

On-site registration is available (space permitting) with a $50 additional fee.

Full Registration includes:
• Name tag, program and Associate promotional materials
• Access to all conference events and exhibit area
• Four meals (2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches)
• One networking reception (beverages and hors d’oeuvres at the National Geographic Museum)

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are refundable through September 6th, 2017 (11:59 p.m.). No refund will be issued for cancellations starting September 7, 2017. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations submitted in writing to info@englishusa.org by Wednesday, September 6, 2017.  Registrations may be transferred to another person in the same school or program without penalty at any time by emailing info@englishusa.org.

EnglishUSA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, government shutdowns, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after September 6, 2017. If the conference is cancelled, registrants will be refunded in full.

Requests for Accommodation:
Requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act must be submitted to info@englishusa.org by 60 days prior to the first full day of the conference.
