*Exhibiting & Sponsoring Associate Members will receive 1 complimentary registration (additional registrations=$300/each).  Associates are also encouraged to submit proposals.

Registrations may be transferred to another person in the same school or program without penalty at any time. Refunds will only be made for cancellations made by registrants by Friday, December 15, 2017. If the conference is cancelled, registrants will be refunded in full.
