Come join EnglishUSA language program administrators and instructors in this 1/2 day inaugural pre-TESOL workshop! If you are considering moving into ESL administration or are new to administration, this workshop is for you!

10:30 - 11:30: Module 2: Transferable Skills
Brainstorm with facilitator and small groups the known and lesser known tangible transferable skills to assist you in moving/succeeding in administrative roles.
11:30 - 12:30: Module 3: Changing Landscape in English Language Programming
Review data that reflects the changing landscape of programs; become familiar with ecological approaches to language program administration. Explore how programs are getting creative. Embrace the multiple hats we wear as administrators!
