Description:
Many IEPs have started to offer short-term programs; however, these programs often present logistical and organizational challenges.   The presenters share innovations they made in programs offered, issues they faced in planning and delivering those programs, and their solutions. Attendees learn practical ideas for effectively creating and delivering custom programs.

 

Objective:
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

1) Create effective custom programs that leverage their university and location.
2) Identify key practical issues to address when running custom programs.
3) To implement strategies to help facilitate the smooth running of custom programs from inception to delivery using a free project management tool.
