Description:

Join EnglishUSA President Nadine Baladi sharing a module from the Transitioning from Teaching to Administration Regional Workshop held in Atlanta prior to the TESOL Convention this past March.  She will be sharing resources compiled by all the facilitators and focusing on applying those resources to our own programs/institutions.

 

Objectives:

1)To understand macro trends. What are macro trends? How do we learn about them? Why are they important to us?
2) To understand our own campus/program realities (micro-trends). What are micro-trends? How do we learn about them? Why are they important to us?
3) To know how to use macro and micro data to inform our decision-making and to innovate.
