EnglishUSA has different classes of members and affiliations for programs, companies, and individuals.
- Member Programs (voting members). Member Programs shall be intensive English, pathway or support programs and must be (1) governed
solely by a (community) college or university; or (2) jointly owned and operated by a third-party provider; or (3) owned and operated as a proprietary independent or multi-site. Only programs accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing
Education & Training (ACCET), the Commission on English Language Accreditation (CEA) or governed by a regionally-accredited university or college are eligible. Membership is program-based--all employees of each site have access to the
benefits.
$959/site (multi-site members must pay per site; a 10% discount for the additional sites!). Starting November 1, membership due are prorated: $480 for the remainder of the membership year through June 30, 2025.
- Associate Members (non-voting service providers). Associate members are organizations or companies who offer relevant products and services to the English language program industry, including third-party providers who provide oversight, management, or consultant services to English language programs, are eligible for benefits, including exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities. $1,100 and up (Sponsorship packages included, with four levels of opportunity)
- Partner Agencies (non-voting). Educational agencies/consultants who would like to promote English language study in the U.S. and look to EnglishUSA members for accredited, quality English language programs. $325
- Friends of EnglishUSA (non-voting). Individuals, independent consultants, freelancers, and independent contractors who
offer products and services that support the English language program industry or may be in-between positions who are not employed by a program nor an Associate. $325 (50% discount for full-time retirees)
- Strategic Partners (non-voting). Strategic partners are relevant organizations approved by the Board of Directors that work
with EnglishUSA to ensure mutual support of each other’s missions. Strategic Partners shall not have the right to vote or hold elected office but may be entitled to other privileges determined by the Board of Directors.
