Webinar: Individual and Organizational Thriving in Difficult Times

Join your fellow IEP colleagues for the second of EnglishUSA’s 2018 webinar series (session originally presented at the 2018 Professional Development Conference)!

Many IEPs have weathered downturns in enrollment and had to reduce faculty and staff numbers. How do we navigate the resulting impact on organizational culture and climate? Presenters shares potential day-to-day-level strategies for setting the stage for individual and organizational thriving in the face of mercurial programmatic changes.

By the end of the webinar, participants can expect to have learned strategies for

(1) understanding and navigating one’s own psychological responses to relationally disruptive and emotionally challenging events;

(2) engaging all faculty and staff in behaviors and communication that assist everyone in moving through difficult programmatic times.
