Cancellation Policies

If Commercial Services has to cancel the Certified Trade Mission (CTM), all programs will receive full refunds on the fees.*  

If an individual program has to cancel its participation prior to February 16 and EnglishUSA is able to fill the spot with a wait listed program, a full refund will be provided minus a 10% processing fee.  If a substitute program is not available or an individual program has to cancel its participation, no refunds will be provided. NOTE: As of February 2, 2024, there are no programs on the waiting list, so a substitute program is highly unlikely. All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing on institutional letterhead by email to execdirector@englishusa.org.  

If the Certified Trade Mission (CTM) is canceled by circumstances beyond the control of EnglishUSA or US Commercial Services - such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities - to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to allow the CTM to occur, the registrant agrees that they will not hold EnglishUSA or US Commercial Services liable for the cancellation and/or disruption of the program. The registrant agrees to hold EnglishUSA blameless and to accept the credit policy agreed upon by the EnglishUSA Board of Directors.
