Clare Otting is an International Economist at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration. In this role, she conducts cross-sectoral economic analysis and develops tools to help exporters expand to new markets. Clare received her B.A. in international affairs and M.A. in international economic policy from Geroge Washington University.
