Clay Harmon, EdD is the executive director of AIRC: The Association of International Enrollment Management, a professional association and standards development organization dedicated to best practice in international student recruitment and enrollment. Prior to joining AIRC, his career included roles in education abroad and international enrollment management. Clay holds degrees from the University of Puget Sound, Harvard University, and the University of Colorado Denver, and studied abroad in Taiwan and mainland China.
