Bio
Agnieszka (Aga) Paul, EdD, is a senior leader in English language education with more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, intensive English programs, and global pathway operations. She currently serves as Executive Director of the USC International Academy and the USC American Language Institute, where she leads both credit-bearing and non-credit ESL programs, oversees immigration compliance, and supports faculty, staff, and international students across multiple academic pathways. Aga is known for her strengths in organizational change, program optimization, and people-centered leadership. At USC, she has guided program restructuring efforts that improved efficiency, strengthened academic quality, and ensured regulatory compliance. Prior to USC, she held executive leadership roles with Kaplan International, managing large-scale admissions, customer service, and recruitment operations across the U.S. and Canada. Originally from Poland, Aga brings a global perspective shaped by her experience as an ESL learner, international student, and educator. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership, a master’s degree in TESOL, and is a certified executive coach committed to advancing the profession and supporting EnglishUSA’s member community.
