Organization Overview
UCF Global at the University of Central Florida functions as the international hub for students, faculty, and staff. UCF Global is committed to increasing international mobility and enhancing the university’s global competency. UCF Global aides to transform the lives of the UCF and global community through a multitude of innovative, accredited programs (Online English Program, Intensive English Program, Pathway Programs and Special Programs) and by providing support services for the international population on campus.
UCF Global currently offers three programs, which each cater to different goals:
Intensive English Program (IEP)– 9 levels of high-impact curriculum for English-language learners. During orientation, placement test is administered to students. This test determines the level of English at which the student will start the program.
UCF Global Pathway Programs – two-semester or three-semester academic programs where students earn 21-30 credits toward UCF bachelor’s degrees, while receiving strong English-language, academic and cultural support.
Online English Program (OEP)– 8 rigorous online levels that provides opportunities for both self-paced learning and one-on-one meetings with their instructors each week.
