Maria C. Arruda is the Managing Director of the Center for English Language & Orientation Programs (CELOP) at Boston University. Maria has 20 years of professional experience in education and training, program development, organizational management, partnership development and management, and curriculum development in the United States and abroad. Maria received her Bachelor of Arts in Film from Emerson College and a Master of Science in Education and TESOL from Long Island University.
