Organization Overview
Study in vibrant, fun and beautiful Portland, Oregon! The Office of Global Engagement
& Innovation (OGEI) at Portland State University (PSU) delivers a variety of programs
to suit all schedules and budgets. Programs offer full access to the library, campus
recreation center and activities.
Students can join our Portland Center for a mix of credit ESL and regular PSU classes (amount of each type class is based on English test score) during each term.
International Special Programs offers custom and open-enrollment non-credit programs, most are short term (3-4 weeks) but can be longer or shorter.
ISP also offers a 10 week non-credit study abroad option for students who want a lighter study abroad experience.
