Refund and Substitution Policy:

• Deposits (due December 12th) are non-refundable.
• If full payment is not received by January 16, 2026, the program will be withdrawn from the Trade Mission.
• Payments made after January 16 are non-refundable.
• In the event of an emergency, programs may substitute another member of their staff to participate in place of the original registrant.
• EnglishUSA is not responsible for any payments submitted to EducationUSA/IIE.
