Annual In-Person Conference Exhibiting Information

Set-up details:

  1. Exhibitor set-up is on Wednesday (10/22/25), 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. You can set up on Thursday (10/23/25), but we do ask that you be completed by the start of breakfast at 8:00 am. Since the exhibitor space is intimate, we are not giving out both numbers. Your table will have your company’s name on it. I will also be there during set-up time to assist with any questions. 
  2. You are welcome, but not required, to bring a banner to have during the lunch session. The taller, skinnier banners are preferred to maximize networking in the space.
  3. You will have a hi-boy table for your exhibitor space. 
  4. While it is OK to leave the table banners and most promotional materials, we wanted to remind you that the space is open to the public, so remove all valuables.
