Annual In-Person Conference Exhibiting Information
Set-up details:
- Exhibitor set-up is on Wednesday (10/22/25), 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. You can set up on Thursday (10/23/25), but we do ask that you be completed by the start of breakfast at 8:00 am. Since the exhibitor space is intimate, we are not giving out both numbers. Your table will have your company’s name on it. I will also be there during set-up time to assist with any questions.
- You are welcome, but not required, to bring a banner to have during the lunch session. The taller, skinnier banners are preferred to maximize networking in the space.
- You will have a hi-boy table for your exhibitor space.
- While it is OK to leave the table banners and most promotional materials, we wanted to remind you that the space is open to the public, so remove all valuables.
