Bio
Originally from Seattle, Mandie Bauer is the Assistant Director of Programs at ASC English, a private ESL school in Boston, MA. She began her career in international education in 2016 as an ESL instructor and TEFL trainer. From there, she was hired at ASC in 2017 as an ESL and TOEFL instructor. She quickly realized her passions for curriculum development, improving the effectiveness of communication between administrators, instructors, and students, and industry advocacy. She was promoted to Academic Manager in 2019 and then Assistant Director in 2022.
