ESL Academy, University of Colorado Denver

The ESL Academy is part of the College of Liberal Arts and Science Department at the University of Colorado Denver. Our program offers 20 hours of study per week in five 8-week terms per year divided into five levels. Completion of our intensive English program satisfies the English Language Proficiency requirement of the university of Colorado Denver for all undergraduate programs and most graduate programs. In addition to our regular intensive English program we offer a pathway program that allows students to complete level 5 of the intensive program and earn 6 credits toward their undergraduate degree. We also offer specialized programs outside of these two programs.
